Ticketing Info

The box office at the Prince Edward Theatre (Old Compton Street, London, W1D 4HS) will be open from 2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the show, until 15 minutes after curtain up. On matinee days the box office remains open in between performances.

Tickets can also be purchased at the Central Box Office at the Sondheim Theatre (Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 6BA). The box office is open Monday – Saturday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

E-tickets will be sent out no later than 10 days prior to the performance, to the email address that you registered with during the booking process. We advise you double check the email you entered to ensure it is correct.

At every performance, excluding press night, exceptional seats priced at just £30 are distributed via a weekly lottery in partnership with TodayTix.

The weekly draw opens on Thursdays at 00.01 and closes at 13.00 the following Wednesday

If successful, winners will receive an email and push notification from 13.00 on the day of the draw. Winners have 30 minutes to claim and pay for their tickets via the TodayTix app.

MJ the Musical will begin performances at the West End’s Prince Edward Theatre on 6 March 2024. Visit the Tickets page for the full performance schedule.

MJ the Musical is recommended for ages 8 and up.

MJ the Musical is 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission.

The Prince Edward Theatre opens 45 minutes before the show begins.

Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.

The MJ the Musical Original Broadway Cast Recording is available from Sony Music. You can buy or stream the album on Spotify, iTunes and Amazon Music.

Show merchandise is available at the online shop.

Previews are public performances of the show that take place before its official opening. The purpose of the preview is to allow the creative team time to identify small changes and opportunities for improvements or adjustments that are best identified with a live audience.

At the Prince Edward Theatre, we provide two different types of hearing enhancement aids. Please check the table at delfontmackintosh.co.uk/accessibility to see which one is most suitable for you.

Assistance dogs are allowed in the auditorium for all our theatres. Alternatively, our staff are happy to dog sit during your performance.

Wheelchair access to the auditorium is through an EXIT door on Greek Street, followed by a short ramp. Please make yourself known to a member of staff on arrival at the main entrance of the venue (Old Compton Street). There will be an Access Host who will be able to offer assistance and show you to your seating location.

Dress Circle Box 1 is able to accommodate up to two wheelchairs and 2 companions. Wheelchair transfer seating is also available in the Dress Circle in seat locations: A2 to A7, B2 to B5 and C1 to C4. Please note that there are a couple of steps to these seats.

We are able to store a maximum of 2 wheelchairs and one scooter per performance next to the exit door.
